Have you ever wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater. If you want to find out but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving will let you try scuba to see if you like it. Boracay Adventures offer a version of this program, either in a pool or other body of water. While not an actual scuba certification, during the Discover Scuba Diving experience you’ll learn how to use scuba equipment in shallow water and get a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. THE FUN PART There is nothing like breathing underwater for the very first time. It takes a little getting used to –after all, human beings weren’t designed to do that – but after a few minutes of awestruck wonder, most participants realize how easy scuba diving really is. The biggest challenge instructors have with the Discover Scuba Diving program is not coaxing participants into the water, but coaxing them out when the progr

Image
Helmet Diving is quite famous to tourists and locals alike here in Boracay. Why? Most are quiet curious of how underwater life looks like in a first-person basis angle. If you want to know what the mermaids see underwater then this is the best activity for you though you can also do Discover Scuba Diving (no license required) for you to be able to check how the fishes and aquatic life looks like but this is an activity which not everyone can do since it's a bit more costly compared to helmet diving. So here's a quick FYI's for helmet diving. You don't need to be good in swimming. You can still do this activity even though you do not know how to swim. You will be submerged into the sea, which is about 5 meters deep or about 16 feet from the water surface. The helmet is pressurized to keep the water from coming in. The helmet weights about 35 kg above water and about 2 kg underwater. For the children, floaters will be attached to their helmet to lessen th

Upon getting picked up by the shuttle, you will then be brought to the ATV Park and there the ATV Guide, will provide a quick briefing of the Do’s and Don’ts of the Activity. WHAT TO DO IN BORACAY?

Image
Are you staying in Boracay and you have nothing to do, do not spend all of your time in the white beach, how about you try to explore the island a little bit more? There are  13  of them and they are not too far away from one another because Boracay is a small island that is only approximately 7 kilometers long. To best illustrate where these beaches are located, see the map below: Puka Shell Beach Named after ‘ Puka ‘ shells (shells of cone snails that are bead-like objects that is normally used in making beach anklets, bracelets, and necklaces) this beach is the next crowd favorite in Boracay. Truth be told, it’s simple surroundings is similar as that of White Beach back when it wasn’t so cramped yet. (Simply catch a ride with a  tricycle  and you’re bound to reach this place in just 20 minutes from White Beach).   Ilig-iligan Beach With the same white sand feature, this is a great spot for snorkelin

Zip-lining is one of the most favorite activities of all time –loving that rush and the feeling of flying! And one of the best option is the zip-line in Boracay, which is about 620 meters long, 100 meters above sea level. So you will start the activity by getting picked up by the company shuttle from the center of town along with your tour guide and be taken to the Happy Planet Zip-line and Cable Car Station. Located on the highest point of the island, the station offers a beautiful panoramic view over the island’s only golf course, resorts and one of its beautiful beaches. Unlike the other zip-lining courses yo
